Return policy
Goods reclaim? It is simple!
You have the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the day of receiving the shipment.
You don't even have to state the reason for the return, although we will be grateful for such information - we will use it in preparing the offer and improving the operation of the store.
Before sending, make sure that the goods are in their original condition, i.e. undamaged, unwashed, unworn and with original tags. DO NOT send the shipment on COD - such a shipment cannot be accepted.

The returned amount will be reduced by the amount for delivery (for orders up to €49, the amount for delivery is charged in the amount of €2.90).
By default, we return the funds back to the indicated bank account immediately upon delivery of the undamaged product.
To speed up the equipment, please inform us when you send the package, or send us the tracking number of the shipment via e-mail.

Goods complaint.
We do our best to ensure that the products we offer meet your expectations. However, if the product delivered to you is damaged, has physical defects or is not in accordance with the concluded contract, you have the right to claim.
You can complain about products within 2 years from the date of purchase
We would like to consider all complaints, but unfortunately in some cases we are unable to do so. We must have real evidence showing that the damage was caused by the fault of the manufacturer. Therefore, evaluate the condition of the goods and make sure that the defects are not the result of improper use or improper maintenance.
In the case of a claim for a product defect, a change in the characteristics of the product cannot be considered, which:
- arose during the warranty period as a result of its wear or improper use, or insufficient or inappropriate care,
- arose as a result of natural changes in the materials from which the goods are made,
- arose as a result of any damage by the buyer or a third party, or other improper intervention.

If your complaint is accepted, we will refund you the money for the purchase of the product/products, the delivery costs (if you have complained about all products from the order), as well as the costs of sending the shipment with the complaint.
